Our Leadership
Bob Blevins
Chief Executive Officer
Bob has been in the Home Health and Hospice industry for 20 years and served his community for 28 years with the KCK Fire Department, retiring as a Battalion Chief in 2016. Family is very important to Bob. He's married to his wonderful wife, Christina, and together they have 4 beautiful children and 2 grandchildren. Bob's love and commitment to Christ shines through in the way he puts his heart into helping people.
Bev Kimzey
President
Bev is a founding partner of Faith Home Health and Hospice. She brings 20 years of home health and hospice experience and 20 years of corporate accounting experience to her role as President of Faith Home Health and Hospice. Her passion is to promote compassionate home health and hospice services in rural underserved areas and inner cities. In her downtime she loves to camp with her family, go on adventures, read, and travel.
Heather Salamon
Director of Operations
In her role as Director of Operations, Heather oversees the operations of the Home Health Division. She has 30 years healthcare experience with over 10 of those years in home health. Her goal is to lead by example, create a strong culture, and dedicate her time to continue to grow her footprint and to give the highest level of healthcare and satisfaction to her patients. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Marilyn Bakarich
VP of Sales and Marketing
Marilyn joined Faith Home Health and Hospice in 2015, bringing with her a career of over 25 years in the healthcare industry. Having the ability to teach and support her team in their role as community liaisons enables her to assist in the company’s growth and make a difference in many of their patient’s health journey. Outside of work she loves anything Disney or KC Chiefs, and spending time with her family, especially her 8 grandchildren.
Katie Bakarich
Director of Business Development
Katie is the Director of Business Development for Faith Home Health and Hospice. A graduate from the University of Kansas, she’s worked in the home health and hospice industry for the past 13 years. She specializes in outside marketing efforts and educating patients and community partners on home health and hospice services. In her free time Katie enjoys watching her daughters dance and spending time with her friends and family.
