Our Leadership

Bev Kimzey
Chief Executive Officer

Bev is a founding partner of Faith Home Health and Hospice. She brings 20 years of home health and hospice experience and 20 years of corporate accounting experience to her role as CEO of Faith Home Health and Hospice. Her passion is to promote compassionate home health and hospice services in rural and underserved areas and inner cities. In her downtime she loves to camp with her family, go on adventures, read and travel.

Lori Travers

Regional Director of Hospice Operations 
 

 Lori brings a wealth of  clinical expertise in ensuring high-quality patient care, particularly in end-of-life care settings.  Lori has over 32 year's experience in nursing and holds a degree of Bachelors of Science in Nursing.   Over 25 of those years have been spent in Hospice leadership roles, managing clinical staff, developing and implementing operational plans, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Kristina Senna

Controller

Kristina is a seasoned Controller with over 15 years of experience in the home health and hospice field. With a strong background in financial leadership and compliance, she believes that clear, consistent communication is essential to the success of any healthcare operation. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting and attended the prestigious Harvard Emerging Women Executives in Healthcare leadership program.

Ashley Holt

Director of Business Development for Home Health

Ashley brings a strong clinical background and a passion for patient-centered care to the strategic-growth of our home health services.  She began as a  Home Health Liaison,  building strong relationships with referral partners and helped patients transition smoothly from facilities to home.  Ashley continues to focus on expanding access to quality home health care, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring patients receive the support they need to heal safely at home.

Tamera Aamold

Director of Business Development for Hospice 

Tamera brings over 30 years of nursing experience to her role.  She has dedicated her life to serving the aging population with compassion, integrity and deep commitment to resident rights and advocacy.  Her extensive background in nursing and leadership has made her a strong voice for dignity and quality care in end-of-life services.  As a seasoned healthcare professional, Tamera continues to drive meaningful change in the hospice field, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support and respect they deserve.
